Journalists and doctors team up to convince women to get pregnant #Keep #health!
Dozens of journalists and doctors from the capital recently participated in an interactive training on cervical cancer prevention and myths related to cervical screening and HPV vaccination.
They communicated openly about their expectations of each other. Journalists identified reliable sources of information, and doctors understood the need to respond promptly to media requests and speak in an accessible and understandable manner to the general public.
They all became active promoters of the fight against cervical cancer and committed to further promoting the messages in The national campaign “Stay healthy. Get the cytology test!””
The training was organized by UNFPA Moldova within the “Cervical Cancer Prevention” Project, carried out under the aegis of Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova in partnership with Swiss Cooperation in Moldova, World Health Organization in Moldova #ICPPA and other partners.
